This notice describes how Aicoursescanada, Suite 610, 129 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, ON M5V 2L7, Canada, handles personal information in connection with this website and with enquiries about our courses. We are a teaching collective. We are not a data broker and we do not run advertising on this site.

The form on the contact page asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a topic, and a message. It also records a consent tick and a timestamp used only to reduce automated junk. A hidden “company website” field is a honeypot; people should leave it empty. We use these details to understand your enquiry and to reply. We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identifiers, or copies of identity documents through this form, and you should not send them.
Form submissions are not written into a database on the machine that hosts this site. The script that receives the form forwards the content by email to [email protected] so we can answer you. If that mail cannot be sent, the script still does not keep a local copy of your message. Server logs kept by our hosting provider may include technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request. We do not use those logs to build a marketing profile.
Once your message arrives in our mailbox, it is correspondence. We keep it long enough to reply, to run the course or team program if we agree one, and to meet ordinary record-keeping for a small professional practice in Ontario — typically up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful message, unless a longer period is required for an invoice dispute or a legal hold. We do not sell this correspondence. We do not use it to train a public model.
This site does not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics packages. A small localStorage value named ac_cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined the banner, so we do not ask on every page. That is described in more detail on our cookie notice. Google Fonts may be requested by your browser from Google’s servers when a page loads; that request is made by your browser, not as a tracker we configured for ads.
Work you bring to a cohort should be de-identified before it arrives. We do not want client, student, patient, donor, or employee files in the room. Materials we give you (notes, templates, recordings where consented) are for enrolled participants. We do not publish your artefacts. If a recording is made, we will have said so in the session. Do not send us a production dataset “for feedback” through the public form.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you in our mail, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a thread that is no longer needed for a live enrolment or a live invoice. We will need enough information to find the right messages and to be satisfied we are speaking with the right person. Canadian privacy law applicable to a private-sector teaching practice may provide additional rights; this page is a practical description, not a legal opinion. Write to [email protected]. We will answer without making you navigate a portal we do not operate.
Our courses are for working adults and for organizations. This site is not directed at children. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the form.
If we change how we handle enquiry data, we will update this page and the “Last updated: 2026” line. Continued use of the site after an update means the new notice applies to later enquiries. It does not silently rewrite the purpose of a message you already sent.
