Other ways to reach us

Telephone during the hours above if you would rather talk before you write. If you reach voicemail, leave a number and a window on Eastern Time. We do not text from the office line.

Email is the reliable record: [email protected]. For a team program, say so in the subject line so it does not sit in the open-cohort pile.

We do not take walk-in enrolments at the suite. The room is for scheduled sessions. If you are nearby and want to see the space before a cohort, ask on the call and we will set a time.

A useful letter

Before you write

Role and organization type help us choose a course rather than a pitch. Group size matters if you are buying a closed room — fourteen is the usual cap, two-day intensives are a different contract.

Timeline: when you need people in a room, and whether evenings or mornings on Eastern Time are even possible. Format: open cohort, team intensive, studio, or “we do not know yet.”

If privacy or a vendor ban is the real constraint, say that in the first paragraph. It saves a week of talking about tools you are not allowed to open.
